The pandemic was hard on a lot of us. The requirement to isolate and stay home impacted so many individuals' mental health as the future seemed dark and bleak. We wanted to have an impact on the improvement of one's mental health and advocate for importance of self-care.

aMElio is an extension of the word ameliorate, which we used to express the need and beauty of mental health self care.
